We are a new medical clinic. We offer comprehensive and complete primary care. We also offer metabolic health services for Medicare and Medicaid patients. Via our metabolic health services, yes we do offer GLP-1s for patients who are clinically obese (BMI greater than 30). But our services are so much more than that. We connect patients with a nutritionist. We educate them on healthy cooking and exercise. We are able to check in with patients reguraly to keep them on track.

We are seeking a BC/BE primary care physician to offer compassionate care.

Duties include:

• Able to provide patient care to a wide array of patients, from ages 18-65+.
• Offer outpatient OBGYN services as needed. Not the bulk of our care, but looking for someone who is comfortable with this primary care necessity. We are talking basic OBGYN (Pap smears, etc.). Not advanced OBGYN care.
• Develop and implement clinical protocols for the rest of the staff.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to integrate and coordinate services across different care modalities.
• Lead quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous education and professional development among staff.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree, with board certification.
• Unrestricted state medical license in NY.
• Already credentialed in Medicare and Medicaid.
• Already have or are willing to get an interstate compact medical license (we will reimburse for the expense for a compact license if you don't already have one). Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
• Willing to work in a start-up like environment and wear multiple hats.
