Salary: $140,000 - $225,000 per year

Our Trusts & Estates practice is nationally recognized, with 25+ attorneys and 10+ paralegals—including ACTEC Fellows and leaders in the ABA and NYSBA. We handle complex estate planning, administration, and litigation matters for high-net-worth individuals, executives, developers, entrepreneurs, and multinational businesses. Our estate litigation group is dynamic, collaborative, and deeply experienced in handling high-stakes disputes involving trusts, estates, and business interests.

Job Details
- Handle estate, trust, and fiduciary litigation matters in state and federal courts
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal memoranda
- Manage depositions, hearings, and settlement negotiations
- Conduct legal research on estate and commercial litigation issues
- Work with partners and senior attorneys on trial preparation and strategy
- Advise clients on disputes involving trusts, wills, fiduciary obligations, and related business entities
Qualifications:
- J.D. and licensed to practice in New York
- Minimum 3+years of litigation experience, with a focus on Trusts & Estates Litigation
- General knowledge of estate planning and administration issues strongly preferred
- Experience with business entities is a plus
- Strong research, writing, oral advocacy, and organizational skills
