Production Manager

Job Description

Wholesale fashion jewelry company has an opening for a production manager in our NYC office. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team and help us in excel in our industry.

Job description includes (but is not limited to) the following responsibilities:

-Manage high profile customer orders from start to finish with overseas makers

-Entering purchase orders

-Following up and report on order details and deliveries

-Manage and facilitate the timely approval of samples to support on time deliveries

-Review/ sorting approval, marketing, and top of production samples

-Daily communication with overseas factories, sales team, and design team

Job Qualifications

-2-5+ years experience handling production for major retailers

-Experience working in wholesale jewelry industry a major plus!

-Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office; mainly excel and Outlook

-Solid verbal and written communication skills

-Must have the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a very fast paced environment

-Must be organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities at once; strong time management skills

-Maintain a positive and energetic attitude

-Work well with others, MUST be a team player

-Outstanding organization skills
