Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Transactional Real Estate Attorney position will have the following qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Real Estate Attorney, specifically with experience in financial institutions, commercial loans, term debt, real property, affordable housing, HDC, HFA, and IRC section 42.
- Admission to the state bar.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a proven track record of closing complex real estate transactions.
- In-depth knowledge of state and federal laws related to real estate transactions.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and provide practical, business-friendly solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to a variety of audiences.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- A team player with a strong commitment to client service and excellence in the practice of law.
