Roles/Responsibilities
- Greet customers at the cashier window with a friendly and professional attitude
- Answer customer questions and encourage completion of customer satisfaction surveys
- Accurately calculate customer invoices using the dealership's computer system ensuring all prices are accurate
- Process payments including cash, checks, and credit/debit cards
- Balance the cash register at the end of each day and complete required documentation
- File and organize paperwork in the appropriate areas
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in cashiering and credit/debit card processing
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, friendly and energetic personality
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
