Adecco is recruiting for a Pool and Spa Service Technician for a client in Syracuse, NY. This is a direct-hire opportunity paying $17-23/hour depending on experience.

Job Description:

The company is looking for professional, customer-focused installation and service technicians to assist with maintenance and repairs of swimming pools and spas. This role involves regular interaction with customers and requires attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform pool and spa openings and closings

  • Conduct weekly pool cleanings and routine maintenance

  • Diagnose and repair pool equipment (plumbing, heaters, filters, etc.)

  • Test and balance water chemistry

  • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment

  • Track equipment and inventory usage

  • Provide occasional recommendations or upgrades to existing equipment

  • Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in cleaning, maintenance, or a related field preferred

  • Familiarity with basic tools and maintenance equipment

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions

  • Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities

  • Good time management and task prioritization skills

  • Industry experience is a plus, but the company is willing to train motivated individuals

  • Availability for overtime, including Saturdays, as needed

Pay Details: $17.00 to $23.00 per hour
