Key Duties:
- Litigate plaintiff-side employment matters, with a primary focus on wage & hour class and collective actions.
- Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, conduct depositions, and negotiate settlements.
- Drive case strategy in discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, whistleblower, and harassment matters.
- Work directly with named plaintiffs and class members from intake through resolution.
- Collaborate closely with firm leadership on litigation strategy, settlement positioning, and case valuation.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5–10 years of plaintiff-side employment litigation experience (wage & hour required).
- Demonstrated experience resolving or contributing meaningfully to class action settlements.
- Strong litigation background with excellent writing, strategy, and negotiation skills.
- Plaintiff mindset with the ability to independently manage cases.
- NY Bar admission required.
- Stable work history and desire for long-term growth within a plaintiff-side platform.
