We are a high-volume plaintiff-side personal injury firm with over 400 active cases. This is an opportunity for a seasoned trial attorney who wants to be in the courtroom, not behind a desk — someone who can hit the ground running and fight for injured clients.
Personal Injury Lawyer – Benefits and Compensation:

Personal Injury Lawyer – Requirements & Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in New York
- Minimum 5 years of civil litigation or personal injury experience
- Trial experience required – must have tried cases to verdict
- In-depth knowledge of civil procedure
- Able to make objections, handle motions, and conduct jury selection
- Comfortable running a caseload from intake to resolution
Personal Injury Lawyer – Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in any of the following:
- Motor Vehicle Accidents (cars, trucks, rideshare, pedestrian, bicycle)
- Premises Liability (slip and fall, negligent security, dog bites)
- Workplace Accidents (construction, industrial, third-party claims)
- Medical Malpractice (diagnostic errors, surgical issues, nursing home abuse)
- Product Liability (defective products, pharma, medical devices)
- Strong negotiation and case strategy skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
- Excellent client communication
- Spanish fluency or other second language is a plus
