Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a motivated and dependable Biologics Manufacturing Associate to join our team for a 6-month contract role in a state-of-the-art biologics manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on industry experience and be part of a team that helps deliver life-changing benefits to patients worldwide. Please note: this is not a lab position.
?? Location: 100% Onsite | 6000 Thompson Rd, East Syracuse, NY 13057, United States
?? Schedule: Alternating Weeks – Week 1: 36 hours | Week 2: 48 hours
?? Shift: DAY | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Includes scheduled holidays, weekends, and overtime
?? Type: Contract (6 Months) | Start Date: ASAP
Pay rate: 20-21 p/hr

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate, clean, and set up manufacturing equipment (valves, hoses, clamps, etc.)
• Prepare buffers, media, and reagents (up to 2000L)
• Monitor critical process parameters and report deviations
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with GMP standards
• Keep a clean and organized work environment
• Complete all training and maintain proficiency in assigned tasks
• Safely handle hazardous materials (e.g., acids, caustics, steam)
• Perform physical tasks including bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and reaching

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to follow written instructions and perform minor math calculations
• Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
• Comfortable with web-based tools and computer applications
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a culture of excellence

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
• Mechanical aptitude or previous hands-on experience
• Familiarity with cleanroom operations, microbiology, or general chemistry
• Previous manufacturing or cGMP experience
• Understanding of aseptic technique
