Job DescriptionSalary: Salary Expectation $175k - $200k

Boutique Commercial Real Estate Law Firm seeks a Senior general commercial and real estate litigation attorney with at least 10 years' experience. Responsibilities include practice management, real estate related litigation matters with a focus on commercial mortgage foreclosures and other secured creditor enforcement.

Responsibilities:
Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and appeals
State and Federal Court appearances and mediations.
Diligence related to the purchase and sale of notes and mortgages.

Requirements:
Excellent legal research and writing skills
Experience in real estate litigation
Management Experience
Strong negotiation skills
High level of independence and multitasking capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and prioritizing skills
Strong communication and written skills for client contact
Must be admitted in New York (New Jersey admission a plus).
Bankruptcy Experience is a plus
