We design, prototype, and manufacture all of our products in our advanced 90,000 square-foot facility.
What You'll Be Doing
- Perform all foundational upfitting skills, including vehicle prep, floor installs, running boards, and shoulder brackets.
- Train and mentor new hires in processes, tools, and safety procedures.
- Install advanced components such as interlocks, DOT accessories, high head room brackets, and insulation.
- Perform electrical installations and modifications.
- Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure quality standards are met.
About You
- Experience with vehicle upfitting, carpentry, manufacturing assembly, or related work.
- Skilled with a wide range of hand and power tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Capable of training and supporting new team members.
- Comfortable with electrical systems and advanced component installation.
