Major, prestigious law firm seeks a management-side employment and labor associate with 4-8 years of employment litigation and counseling experience. Traditional labor experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Counsel diverse clients on a wide range of employment matters
- Litigate employment cases and handle administrative agency proceedings
- Draft employment agreements, policies and other employment-related documents
Qualifications
- JD
- New York bar admission/ NJ admission a plus
- Mid sized to large law firm training
- Management-side employment litigation and counseling experience
- Strong academic credentials
