We’re hiring an Estimator to support commercial and residential fencing projects across multiple markets. This role focuses on accurate takeoffs, pricing, and bid preparation to support profitable and timely project execution.

What You’ll Do
<ul>
<li> Prepare detailed estimates and takeoffs for commercial and residential fencing projects </li>
<li> Review drawings, specifications, and site conditions to develop accurate pricing </li>
<li> Price materials, labor, equipment, and subcontracted work </li>
<li> Support bid preparation, revisions, and proposal submissions </li>
<li> Coordinate with sales, project management, and field teams during bid handoff</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Experience estimating construction or fencing projects preferred </li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and scopes of work </li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and cost-analysis skills </li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously </li>
<li>Professional communication and organizational skills</li>
