A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with expertise in teletherapy is needed for a K-12 school setting located in Elizabethtown, New York. This per diem position offers a flexible schedule throughout the current school year (CSY), supporting students via telepractice methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students across K-12 grades using teletherapy platforms.
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders.
- Collaborate virtually with educators and caregivers to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all applicable regulations and policies.
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs within an online learning environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- Proven experience in school-based speech-language pathology.
- Skilled in teletherapy techniques, with the ability to engage students remotely.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Additional Information:
- Position available on a per diem basis throughout the current school year.
- Work performed remotely to support students in a New York school district.
- Eligibility to work with Pennsylvania students may be an advantage.
