Job Description
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. 
We are seeking motivated Staff Pharmacists to join a busy long-term care (LTC) pharmacy team. This role offers varied shifts, hands-on experience, and the opportunity to grow in a supportive environment. New graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform PV1 and PV2 verifications
</li>
<li>
Prepare EV kits and IVs (training provided)
</li>
<li>
Non-sterile compounding (training provided)
</li>
<li>
Support daily pharmacy operations and patient care
</li>
</ul>
Schedule:
<ul>
<li>
Monday Friday, 4x10 hour shifts
</li>
<li>
Rotating 1st and 2nd shifts:
</li>
<li>
7:00am 5:00pm
</li>
<li>
11:00am 9:00pm
</li>
<li>
1:00pm 11:00pm
</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>
Active New York Pharmacist License (clear and in good standing)
</li>
<li>
LTC experience preferred but not required
</li>
<li>
New graduates encouraged to apply

Strong communication and organizational skills
</li>
