A healthcare facility in the Glens Falls area is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Activities Director to lead the planning and coordination of engaging recreational programs for residents.

Responsibilities:

Engage new residents to understand their individual interests and preferences

Create and maintain monthly activity calendars
\n

Lead and support daily recreational programs tailored to resident needs

Assist with the coordination of religious services and related activities

Organize monthly events and special celebrations
\n

Support and guide volunteers in delivering group activities
\n

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Recreation Assistant or Director in a healthcare or related setting is required

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Proficiency with computers and scheduling tools

Positive and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
