MedSpa Manager
An exciting opportunity awaits for a dynamic MedSpa Manager to lead the daily operations of a busy and growing MedSpa. This role blends business management, staff leadership, and community engagement with a strong emphasis on delivering an exceptional client experience.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sales, Marketing, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in dermatology, aesthetics, or MedSpa operations
- Prior management or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proven ability to problem-solve, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; ability to quickly learn and manage new systems
- Availability to work Saturdays
Must Haves
- Oversee all day-to-day MedSpa operations, including scheduling, staffing, inventory management, financials, and compliance
- Lead and coach staff through daily huddles, quarterly check-ins, and annual reviews
- Monitor sales goals and KPIs, providing actionable strategies to achieve targets
- Conduct interviews, train new team members, and create staff development plans
- Manage budgets, review P&L, and ensure smooth execution of operational plans
- Represent the MedSpa in the community through outreach, marketing, and events
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and MedSpa policies/procedures

- Strong background in sales and community relationship-building
- Skilled in motivating, coaching, and team-building
- Comfortable handling tough conversations with professionalism and empathy
