<p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p>

<li>1+ years property management experience</li>
<li>Experience with Multi-Family properties in NYC and boroughs</li>
<li>MUST have a car to drive to multiple buildings</li>
<li>Customer Service oriented</li>
<li>Experience removing violations</li>
<li>Experience working with HPD, FDNY</li>
<li>Experience managing properties in the Bronx a plus</li>
