National Property Management Associates, Inc. is looking for a service minded maintenance associate with a pleasant demeanor to assist in the upkeep of our Management Center located in Derby, NY. The vast size of this property requires an individual who can perform both interior and exterior maintenance work and should possess the following skills:
<ul>
<li>Painting</li>
<li>Groundskeeping/Landscaping</li>
<li>Vehicle Maintenance</li>
<li>Pool Maintenance</li>
<li>Snow removal</li>
<li>General maintenance tasks</li>
</ul>
Schedule: 
Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 4:30PM &amp; Saturday 7:30AM - 11:30AM
This is a full time, year round position. The ideal candidate must be able to work on their own but also as part of team and be willing to take a pre-employment drug test as well as a background check. A valid driver's license is a condition of employment.
