Job Title: Commercial Superintendent / Foreman Carpenter
Are you a seasoned foreman carpenter or superintendent with a strong work history in commercial construction? Do you take pride in leading crews, solving problems on-site, and still enjoy getting your hands dirty when needed? We’re looking for a working superintendent who thrives in the field and wants to grow with a company that respects your experience and work ethic.
Job Duties:
- Oversee daily job site operations while working alongside your crew.
- Work hand-on with framing, concrete, site prep, and finish work when needed.
- Direct and support carpenters and subcontractors to keep projects on track.
- Be the go-to person between the field and the office.
- Ensure top-notch craftsmanship and compliance with safety and building codes.
- Tackle challenges head-on and keep the job moving forward.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years as a lead carpenter, foreman, or superintendent in commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of blueprints, building codes, and safety standards.
- Proven ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively.
- A proactive, solutions-first mindset and a commitment to quality work.

Work Schedule & Environment:
- Monday–Friday, 7:00AM–3:30PM (with occasional overtime and Saturdays).
- Outdoor work in all weather conditions.
- Physical, hands-on role with a mix of management and field work.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
