Were seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team and support a wide range of service calls across residential and/or commercial systems. Whether you're a seasoned tech or building your expertise, this role offers the opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive and safety-drivenenvironment.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation units
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure system reliability and efficiency
- Communicate findings and recommended solutions clearly to customers and supervisors
- Document service work, parts used, and system conditions
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to all company, local, and state regulations
- Maintain service tools, vehicles, and equipment in good working condition
- Collaborate with dispatch and service coordinators to complete daily work orders on schedule
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC service preferred
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
