Self-Direction DSP - Syracuse Area (Job #SJ-TG)

Exceptional Family Resources (EFR) is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work in Syracuse, NY (Onondaga County, near Camillus area) with a young man who enjoys engaging with the community. This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic individual to make a difference in someone's life!

As a DSP, you will assist with community activities by driving the individual to various outings, helping them maintain their independence both at home and in the community. Your support will empower them to live a fulfilling life.

What We're Looking For:

• Reliable, patient, and enthusiastic individuals
• Prior experience is a plus, but we're happy to train!
• High School diploma/GED required
• Reliable transportation for travel to and from community activities
• Must pass background check, fingerprinting, and DMV record check prior to hire

Job Details:

• Hours: 5 hours per week, with potential for additional weekend hours
• Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday availability (specific schedule will be discussed during the interview)
• Pay Rate: $21 per hour
