Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Wednesdays and Thursdays (7 AM–7 PM preferred; 7 AM–3 PM optional)
Start Date: Immediate
Employment Type: Temporary / Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary
Our client is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct care in a residential group home setting for individuals with developmental disabilities (OPWDD). This is a part-time opportunity with potential for temp-to-hire, ideal for compassionate and reliable nursing professionals.

Residential Group Home LPN Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Monitor and document resident health status
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Manage medical supplies and ensure proper inventory
• Provide hands-on personal care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Assist individuals with OPWDD needs, including physical support and heavy lifting

Residential Group Home LPN Qualifications

• Current LPN license in New York State
• Experience working with OPWDD individuals preferred
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and mobility assistance
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented
