Established Single Family Office based in New York City seeks Trust Administrator to work with team members and clients in the administration and management of trust accounts.
- Collaborate with team of trust officers on all aspects of day-to-day trust activities
- Responsibilities include: Opening and closing accounts, bill pay, money transfers, asset collection and valuation for taxable trusts and estates
- Seeking a detail-oriented person with 7+ years' experience in trust and/or estate administration, team player, for a long term career opportunity
- Trust accounting a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; especially with Word & Excel
