We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong background in Postpartum and Mother/Baby care to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in maternal and child health, able to provide compassionate care, and capable of handling routine procedures with precision in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care for postpartum patients and newborns
- Administer medications, perform assessments, and monitor patient recovery
- Assist in breastfeeding support and newborn education for families
- Handle IV insertions and perform phlebotomy
- Administer conscious sedation when required
Minimum Requirements:
- Active NY RN License (Primary Source Verification)
- AHA BLS Certification
- NRP Certified
- IV Insertion/Phlebotomy experience
- ACLS Certification (except for Bellevue)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in maternal and child health
Preferred Skills:
- Strong clinical judgment and communication
- Experience with conscious sedation
