Job Description
Our skilled nursing facility is seeking a full-time Maintenance Director.
 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Ensuring a secure and well-maintained environment for residents and visitors</li>
<li>Define the team's overarching targets</li>
<li>Ensuring processes and procedures are upheld to meet company goals</li>
<li>Verify that all health and safety regulations are followed</li>
<li>Oversee the setup and functionality of a preventive maintenance system</li>
<li>Ensure the seamless execution of daily operations</li>
<li>Confirm compliance with State and Federal Regulatory codes and abide by the standards identified in the Corporate Ethics and the Corporate Compliance Plan</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications and Skills
<ul>
<li>At least 1 year experience in a supervisory capacity</li>
<li>Building maintenance repair skills required</li>
<li>Capable of managing and prioritizing diverse responsibilities</li>
<li>The Maintenance Director will bring a positive, enthusiastic approach while fostering a welcoming environment for our residents</li>
