Job Description
About Spotless
Spotless is NYC’s walk-in or by appointment acne clinic, treating acne and only acne.
From pre-teen to adult, hormonal, comedonal, blackheads, cystic, inflammatory, facial, and body acne, we’ve seen and treated it all.
Founded by Dr. Amy Wechsler, one of the few physicians double board-certified in dermatology and psychiatry, and her daughter Zoe, Spotless makes expert acne care fast, effective, and stigma-free. Guided by Dr. Amy’s mind-body approach, our licensed nurse practitioners and physicians assistants are trained to combine dermatology, psychology, empathy, and hospitality to treat acne for what it really is: medical, emotional, and deeply personal.
Our mission is to get rid of your acne. Lofty? Maybe. But acne is treatable and often curable, and we’re here to do it.
Spotless exists to give people their confidence back so they can stop apologizing for their skin. No referrals. No embarrassment. No more guessing games or wasted money on products that don’t work. Just the right treatments for you: pimple shots, extractions, acne peels, consultations, and prescriptions whenever you need them, at the right price.
We’ve built Spotless on the principle of patient-first. Our Spots are built for urgency: open late, 6 days a week. No memberships. No recurring fees. No short expiration windows on your packages. You can even share treatment credits with friends or family on the spot because breakouts don’t clock in 9-to-5, and neither do we.
Our first clinic is open at 1053 Lexington Avenue, NYC.
Spotless can see you now. Like, right now.
All acne. All the time. Breakout, pop by.
About the Role
Spotless is redefining acne care by combining dermatologic excellence with the warmth and ease of hospitality. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you’ll be working alongside a Medical Assistant and Spot Manager to deliver result-driven, patient-centered care.
You’ll train closely with Dr. Amy Wechsler, who has 20 plus years of experience treating acne, and our team of expert clinicians, learning Spotless’s treatment protocols and the emotional side of skincare. Every day, you’ll put that training into practice—helping patients go from breakouts to breakthroughs through fast, focused, evidence-based treatment plans that follow the Dr. Amy Wechsler & Spotless treatment protocols and redefine what acne care feels like.
If you’re ready to make a visible difference every day, this is your Spot.
