Job DescriptionWith a busy and growing litigation practice, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Paralegal. In this role, you will provide essential support to attorneys throughout the litigation process, from case inception to trial.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and gather case information.
Assist in drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
Organize and maintain case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Prepare and file court documents in a timely manner.
Provide support to attorneys as needed throughout all stages of litigation.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a litigation paralegal.
Proficient in legal research and document drafting.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with legal databases and case management software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
