Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in elementary-aged students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with identified needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students communication goals
• Provide direct bilingual speech and language therapy to a caseload of 60 students
• Monitor and document students progress, adjusting therapy as needed
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
