- Supervise a team of site modification employees, ensuring clear instructions and efficient work procedures to meet production goals.
- Monitor and manage work schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with engineering and management teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Oversee the maintenance and control of tools, equipment, and materials, ensuring proper use and safety.
- Provide training to employees on procedures, safety standards, and the proper use of tools.
- Enforce discipline and handle personnel issues according to company policies.
- Ensure safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean, organized work area that meets company standards.
- Complete documentation related to modifications, materials, and personnel with accuracy and timeliness.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of supervisory experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Experience with blueprints/drawings and understanding of both English and Metric measurement systems.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and make critical decisions.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, climb ladders, and work in an active manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using basic computer systems.
