Job Description:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and assistance with daily living activities.
- Monitor residents' health status and promptly report any changes to RNs or physicians.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with care plans and facility protocols.
Certifications & Qualifications:
- LPN License: Active and valid license obtained by passing the NCLEX-PN after completing a state-approved Practical Nursing Program.
- BLS/CPR Certification: Current Basic Life Support or CPR certification.
- Preferred Experience: Prior work in long-term care or geriatric nursing is often preferred.
