We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and knowledgeable Xcel Team Coach to join our competitive team program. The ideal candidate must have experience working with Xcel levels, demonstrates strong technical skill knowledge, and creates a positive, motivating training environment for athletes.

Requirements

• Prior coaching experience within the Xcel program (Silver, Gold, or Platinum preferred).
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
• Good time management.
• Professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Team player.
• Having a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Highly motivated, engaged and dependable.
• Collaborate with the team director and other coaches
• Strong understanding of gymnastics skill progressions, shaping, and safe spotting techniques.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the required schedule.
• Positive attitude, team-player mindset, and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Completion of All TNF Certifications & USAG Certifications
• Coach a variety of Xcel levels from Silver to Platinum gymnasts during scheduled evening practices (M–Th, 5–8 PM).
• Teach progressions, skills, and routines that align with USAG Xcel program requirements.
• Prioritize athlete safety, proper technique, and individual development.
• Foster a supportive and encouraging environment that promotes confidence, teamwork, and growth.
• Attend all scheduled gymnastics meets during the competitive season (November–April/May).
• Communicate professionally with athletes, families, and staff.
• Follow all TNF policies and uphold the standards of the competitive program.
