Apartment Maintenance Technician
Location: West Henrietta, NY
Pay: $20–23/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to support a residential community in Bennington Hills, NY. This role is responsible for completing work orders, unit turns, and general property maintenance while ensuring apartments are safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Complete daily work orders in occupied and vacant units
• Perform apartment turns/make-readies
• General maintenance and repairs including:
• • Plumbing (basic repairs)
  • Electrical (outlets, switches, fixtures)
  • Painting and drywall repair
  • Appliance troubleshooting and basic repairs
  • Doors, locks, blinds, and hardware
• Assist with groundskeeping as needed
• Identify and report larger repair issues to management
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop

Qualifications:

• Previous apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation
• Good communication and customer service skills
• HVAC experience a plus (not required)
