ASRNYC (Architectural Sculpture &amp; Restoration of New York City) is a restoration company in NYC specializing in high-end plaster, finishes, and building projects. We’re looking for a dedicated&nbsp;Site Supervisor&nbsp;to join our team full-time and oversee daily on-site operations. This is an&nbsp;immediate hire&nbsp;position, with work starting within the next few weeks.
 Position Details:

Pay:&nbsp;$40–$50/hr&nbsp;(based on experience)

Experience:&nbsp;5–10 years&nbsp;in site supervision
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Full-time, on-site in Manhattan
</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>
Supervise crews &amp; manage daily site activities
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Coordinate subcontractors &amp; suppliers
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Enforce safety, compliance &amp; building codes
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Review blueprints &amp; technical drawings
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Manage scheduling, reports &amp; change orders
</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>
SST Supervisor Card
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Scaffold Worker Wallet Card
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
OSHA 30 Certification
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
iPad or laptop for reporting
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
English fluency (bilingual in Spanish a plus)
</li>
