Trump International Hotel and Tower New York is seeking an Guest Experience Manager (Attache Manager) with genuine Passion, Drive, and Enthusiasm.

The Attaché Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized service to our guests. This role leads the Attaché team in anticipating and fulfilling guest needs, managing preferences, and creating memorable experiences. Attaché Manager ensures seamless communication between guests and internal departments, upholding the highest standards of luxury and professionalism.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee the implementation of guest preferences, special needs, and amenity distribution, ensuring adherence to departmental standards.
  • Manage the VIP and Amenity program, including personalized welcome notes and amenity coordination.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat, VIP, and special occasion guests.
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively coordinate with relevant departments.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate the Attaché team.
  • Manage departmental payroll and scheduling.
  • Research and select amenities that enhance the guest experience.
  • Perform other tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
