· $28–$35/hr
· Take-Home Company Vehicle (after passing BGE OQ for Relight and Meter Build)
· Monday - Friday, 7:00 - $3:30 with OT available

Job Description:
Performs physical and labor-intensive duties and assists the Precision Pipeline Solutions construction crew as needed. Lifts/carries materials and performs other duties involving the use of hand and power tools. Duties also include but are not limited to: reconnection of gas piping from the riser service valve to the customer fuel line, setting manifold, regulator and meter. Check all piping for safety including customer houseline before placing in service; including customer appliances. Must be physically capable of performing work requirements asked of them. Starting wage is based on experience.
*Take home company vehicle will be provided
Essential Job Functions:
· Clean up rubble and debris at work site
· Perform technical repairs and service to gas piping outlet of the riser/service valve
· Adhere to safety standards as defined by Precision Pipeline Solutions safety standards and procedures and Columbia Gas standard practices
Requirements:
Job Qualifications
· Must have a strong background in gas pipeline and utility construction
· Minimum journeyman-level experience in plumbing or HVAC
· Ability to work overtime as needed including Saturdays and Sundays if scheduled
· Ability to work in all types of weather
· Ability to travel to a new location upon request at any time throughout local PPS service territories
· Valid driver’s license for at least 1 year
· Must have the ability to safely operate a motorized vehicle.
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Effective communication skills and ability to speak clearly with team members
· Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
· Ability to act with integrity and respect of personal and public property
· Ability to climb, balance, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, push and/or pull, twist and make repetitive hand movements. Ability to load, carry, lift, push and/or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Sitting or standing for prolonged period of time required. Must have the ability to safely operate a motorized vehicle.
