As the Inclusion Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
- Assist in creating and conducting a training session for camp counselors
- Assist with pre-season staff training
- Mentor and model camp mission, practices, and procedures
- Coordinate an assigned recreational program by providing instruction and modeling activities
- Assist in designing new and creative recreation activities
- Identify at risk children through observation and collaboration with counselors
- Create plans to alleviate behavioral concerns when appropriate
- Work with parents, external agencies, and staff to ensure any camp with special needs or conditions are having a successful time at Camp Scully
Inclusion Specialist Minimum Salary: $310.00 per week
Inclusion Specialist Maximum Salary: $350.00 per week
Must be able to live on site for the entire camp season (June-August)

Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Social Work, Child Development, or a related field
- Experiences working with children with emotional or behavioral challenges
- Organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Experience working at a summer camp is preferred
