Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced MS/Tele Float RN to join a dynamic care team in Watertown, NY. This nurse will provide high-quality patient care across multiple MedSurg and Telemetry units, including acute inpatient rehab (ortho/neuro). The ideal candidate is adaptable, confident floating between units, and skilled in managing a broad range of medical conditions and drips.
Qualifications:
- Current NY RN license
- BLS & ACLS required
- Meditech experience required
- Must have completed at least 1 successful travel assignment
- First-time travelers not accepted
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Strong clinical assessment skills and patient-centered care approach
- Must be able to work in high-stress situations and demonstrate strong critical thinking
- Leadership skills; may take charge as needed
Shift:
- 36 hours/week
- 12-hour Nights | 7p–7a
- Weekend, holiday & call required
