Client: MRG Exams
Location: 12210 – Albany, NY (In-Person)
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Salary: $105,000 – $115,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
Caseload: 3–5 Veterans per day
About the Role
MRG Exams is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to perform disability evaluations for U.S. Veterans as part of the VA disability benefits process. This role includes conducting targeted physical exams and reviewing medical records—no treatment or prescribing is involved.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person disability assessments for U.S. Veterans.
- Review and analyze electronic medical records using a secure web portal.
- Accurately document findings and complete required VA forms.
- Provide objective medical opinions based on assessment results.
Note: Disability determinations are made solely by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license.
