We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer Lead with strong proficiency in CATIA to lead programming operations for precision machining. This role will oversee CNC programming, tooling strategies, and process optimization while working closely with engineering, machining, and quality teams to ensure the production of high-tolerance components.
Key Responsibilities:

Program complex CNC parts using CATIA V5 and other CAM software as required.

Lead a team of CNC programmers, providing technical direction, scheduling, and mentorship.

Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to interpret technical drawings and 3D models.

Develop efficient toolpaths, fixturing methods, and machining strategies for multi-axis CNC machines.

Troubleshoot machining issues and continuously optimize programs to improve cycle time and quality.

Review and approve all CNC programs before release to production.

Support new product introductions, prototyping, and process documentation.

Maintain version control and organization of programs and related documentation.

Ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
Qualifications:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of CNC programming experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior-level role.

Advanced proficiency with CATIA V5 for 3D modeling and toolpath generation is required.
