3 months contract&nbsp; Field Technician General Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>On-site accurate diagnosis of the problem with a malfunctioning PC, Mac, laptop, printer or other peripheral.</li>
<li>Research the correct replacement part number when ordering from a vendor.</li>
<li>To exchange the defective part and to run post repair diagnostic utilities.</li>
<li>To provide accurate and up-to-date status on all Service Orders assigned on a daily basis.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>To be courteous to all customers and to provide them with accurate information.</li>
</ul>
 Knowledge, Skills and Experience: 
<ul>
<li>College Degree or Technical School completion</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ or equivalent.</li>
</ul>
