Position: Nurse Supervisor
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Pay Rate: $95/HR
Schedule: 10hrs Flex. Scheduled time is 10PM - 8AM. Staff is required to work Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday
Duties:
- Plan and Develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance.
- Monitor performance for patient care, assess units w with nurse managers and communicates and assists with any corrective action.
- Develop Record keeping system to record medication errors/counselling
Requirements:
- Seven years of experience is required 5 of which were in a supervisory role
- RN License, Primary Source Verification - required
- BSN - required
- Masters degree - preferred
