JOB OVERVIEW

Mercedes-Benz of Orange County is looking for a Sales Consultant to join the fastest growing Mercedes-Benz dealership in the tri-state area. We have a very large inventory of New and Pre-Owned vehicles of all makes and models. Applicants must possess excellent customer relationship skills and the ability to follow a professional sales process. Prior auto experience preferred but not required.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Understand and present the full range of Mercedes-Benz vehicles and features.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Guide customers through the complete sales process — from initial contact to delivery.
  • Maintain product knowledge on the latest models, technology, and brand innovations.
  • Achieve individual and dealership sales goals.
  • Ensure a seamless and luxury-level customer experience, both in-person and digitally.

Compensation

  • $75,000 to $125,000 per year depending on experience
  • Salary range includes weekly base salary and commission
  • Must be able to work a flexible work schedule
  • Work Holidays and Weekends when required
