Post-Acute Care Physician - Syracuse, NY

A national healthcare organization is seeking a Physician to join their Post-Acute Care team in Syracuse, NY. This full-time position offers productivity-based compensation with uncapped earning potential.

• Salary Range: $190,046 to $225,055 annually
• Fee-for-service model with uncapped productivity bonuses

Practice Highlights/Qualifications:
• 4 days/week, Day call weekends, after hours backup
• Post-acute care setting (SNF/rehabilitation)
• Collaborative team environment
• Back-office and administrative support
• MD/DO required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
• NY license or ability to obtain
• Post-acute care experience preferred but not required
