<p>We are looking to hire a job site super for our construction projects in the 5 boroughs. We are a general contractor primarily performing work on NYC public schools. Tasks include night work to supervise the sites, fill out daily work reports, monitor incoming and outgoing materials, head counts of various trades' manpower, and coordination with our project managers for the daily tasks. The project managers will guide you on your daily/weekly tasks. Your work location will be fairly steady but will vary throughout the 5 boroughs based on the projects we have. <strong>Certifications will be required to work on these projects, including OSHA 30, S56 Construction site fire safety manager, 62 hour SST course certification</strong> etc. You can obtain certifications in your first few weeks of work, however, having them already is preferred. Hourly wage rate to be determined based on credentials and experience.</p>
