We are a dynamic property management company seeking a proactive, organized, and bilingual (Spanish/English) Property Manager to join our remote team. Our portfolio includes residential and/or commercial properties, and we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding service to both tenants and property owners.

*Key Responsibilities:*
•⁠ ⁠Oversee day-to-day property operations remotely, ensuring smooth tenant relations and property maintenance.
•⁠ ⁠Handle rent collections, including making calls to tenants with outstanding balances and maintaining detailed records of collection efforts.
•⁠ ⁠Coordinate and schedule pest control services and other maintenance work orders, following up to ensure timely completion.
•⁠ ⁠Serve as the main point of contact for Spanish- and English-speaking tenants, addressing inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate digital records of tenant interactions, work orders, and property information using property management software.
•⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with property regulations and leasing agreements.
•⁠ ⁠Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and security deposit handling.
•⁠ ⁠Prepare regular reports on occupancy, financials, collections, and maintenance updates.
•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with vendors and contractors for repairs and scheduled services.

*Requirements:*
•⁠ ⁠Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written).
•⁠ ⁠Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, collections, or a related field.
•⁠ ⁠Experience using property management software.
•⁠ ⁠Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
•⁠ ⁠Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
•⁠ ⁠Proficiency with basic office software and remote work tools.
•⁠ ⁠Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of US leasing laws and property regulations is a plus.
•⁠ ⁠Experience scheduling and following up on pest control and maintenance work orders is preferred.
