*Key Responsibilities:*
• Oversee day-to-day property operations remotely, ensuring smooth tenant relations and property maintenance.
• Handle rent collections, including making calls to tenants with outstanding balances and maintaining detailed records of collection efforts.
• Coordinate and schedule pest control services and other maintenance work orders, following up to ensure timely completion.
• Serve as the main point of contact for Spanish- and English-speaking tenants, addressing inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
• Maintain accurate digital records of tenant interactions, work orders, and property information using property management software.
• Ensure compliance with property regulations and leasing agreements.
• Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and security deposit handling.
• Prepare regular reports on occupancy, financials, collections, and maintenance updates.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors for repairs and scheduled services.

• Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, collections, or a related field.
• Experience using property management software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Proficiency with basic office software and remote work tools.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Knowledge of US leasing laws and property regulations is a plus.
• Experience scheduling and following up on pest control and maintenance work orders is preferred.
