Our clients include high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners seeking thoughtful, customized legal guidance through complex planning and tax matters.
We are currently hiring in Midtown and Albany.

Job Details
- Draft and implement comprehensive estate plans
- Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on tax minimization and wealth preservation techniques
- Work closely with internal teams and external advisors to structure estate plans
- Conduct client meetings and maintain ongoing communication throughout the planning process
- Utilize Wealth Docs, NetDocuments, and Clio to manage documents and workflows
Looking For:
- J.D. and licensed to practice in New York
- 4+ years of experience, with a focus on high-net-worth estate and tax planning
- Strong background in estate and gift tax planning and asset protection
- Proven ability to work directly with clients on complex planning structures
