Partner/Counsel - Construction Labor Law (Fully Remote/Hybrid)

Job Description

Leading defense firm is seeking a Partner or Senior Counsel with Construction Litigation/Labor Law experience to join their thriving Manhattan office. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of litigation experience. Portables are not required. Option to work fully remote.

Responsibilities:

• Handle cases from inception to resolution including preparation of pleadings, motion practice, taking and defending depositions and trial work
• Independently manage a caseload
• Make court appearances
• Communicate with clients and provide status reports

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Construction/Labor Law experience
• Knowledge of (NYS Labor Law 240, 241)
• Trial/trial prep experience
• Licensed to practice in NY

Salary Range 175k-250k (DOE)+ Comprehensive Benefits.
