Aesthetically Yours is a boutique skincare spa dedicated to enhancing natural beauty through results-driven, customized treatments. Our mission is to create a relaxing and rejuvenating environment where clients experience both exceptional service and genuine care. We pride ourselves on professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail in everything we do.

Position:

We are seeking a part/full time receptionist to join our team on every other Tuesday 945am-6pm, Wednesday 945am-7pm, Friday 845am-6pm, and Saturday 845am-4pm.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a calm, welcoming, and professional environment, and who values client experience as much as we do.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the booking system
• Handle client inquiries and provide information on services and products
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Support estheticians and management with day-to-day operations
• Process payments and ensure accurate record-keeping

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a spa, salon, or customer service environment preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Friendly, professional, and polished demeanor
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy setting
• Basic computer skills (booking software experience a plus)
• Must be available to work weekends

Compensation:

• Starting at New York State minimum wage
• Part/Full-time, weekday & weekends
• This position does not include benefits
