This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with litigation leaders and attorneys to deliver innovative legal resources, drive process improvements, and champion cutting-edge technology across the practice. Ideal for an experienced litigator ready to pivot into a strategic, tech-enabled legal operations role.

Responsibilities for Litigation Knowledge Management Attorney (Global Law Firm):

  • Develop and maintain practice resources, including templates, guides, and knowledge databases
  • Implement systems to ensure litigation materials are current, well-organized, and accessible
  • Conduct training sessions and presentations to promote use of legal tech and knowledge tools
  • Partner with attorneys to identify workflow inefficiencies and implement solutions
  • Evaluate and pilot new legal technologies; lead adoption efforts within the practice
  • Promote innovation initiatives and drive attorney engagement across offices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic practice group goals

Requirements for Litigation Knowledge Management Attorney (Global Law Firm):

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
  • Minimum 6 years of substantive litigation experience at a law firm or corporate legal department
  • Strong understanding of litigation processes and legal practice workflows
  • Demonstrated interest in legal technology, innovation, or knowledge management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present to diverse audiences
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with change management and process improvement (preferred)
