Responsibilities for Litigation Knowledge Management Attorney (Global Law Firm):
- Develop and maintain practice resources, including templates, guides, and knowledge databases
- Implement systems to ensure litigation materials are current, well-organized, and accessible
- Conduct training sessions and presentations to promote use of legal tech and knowledge tools
- Partner with attorneys to identify workflow inefficiencies and implement solutions
- Evaluate and pilot new legal technologies; lead adoption efforts within the practice
- Promote innovation initiatives and drive attorney engagement across offices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic practice group goals
Requirements for Litigation Knowledge Management Attorney (Global Law Firm):
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
- Minimum 6 years of substantive litigation experience at a law firm or corporate legal department
- Strong understanding of litigation processes and legal practice workflows
- Demonstrated interest in legal technology, innovation, or knowledge management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present to diverse audiences
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with change management and process improvement (preferred)
